Leading up to the Super Bowl, the media has covered everything from Peyton Manning’s neck injury to the Giants’ pizza delivery from Brooklyn. Surprisingly, we’ve also been hearing about the Super Bowl going green. This has been a welcomed trend in many professional sports. NASCAR recently announced its green sponsorship with its field cars, and solar paneling is being erected in many Major League Baseball stadiums throughout the country.
